Employees of the Omsk Region Development and Investment Agency take part in the strategic sessions of "PRO Foreign Economic Activity 2.0"

A series of strategic sessions led by the Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Omsk regionAndrey Shpilenko is aimed at analyzing, drawing up a comprehensive plan and developing the region's foreign economic activity.

Earlier, Andrey Shpilenko noted: "Our goal is to completely reboot the foreign economic activity system in the Omsk region in order to ensure an increase in exports and attract foreign investment."

It should be recalled that representatives of regional ministries, business support and development structures are taking part in the business event.

Today, the participants of the strategy session shared the results of the SWOT analysis, examined in detail the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats. They discussed strategic directions and priorities for the development of international activities in the fields of education, culture, healthcare, youth policy, physical education and sports, as well as high technologies.

At the end of the session, the participants received new tasks: to finalize SWOT analyses, prepare specific proposals for using the identified opportunities, realizing strengths and eliminating shortcomings.
