Employees of Omsk enterprises are being trained in new approaches to improving labor efficiency

The training "Factory of production processes" was held at the site of the regional Congress Hall for employees of the enterprise participating in the national project "Labor Productivity". Under the strict guidance of certified trainers from the Regional Competence Center of the Omsk Region, the training participants practiced the skills of using lean manufacturing tools in practice.

It should be recalled that the "Factory of Production Processes" is a training production site where participants in the real production process gain experience in using lean manufacturing tools, as well as understand how improvements affect operational and economic performance of production.

Thus, SibzavodAgro's specialists continue to train their team's employees at the Process Factory. Thanks to participation in the national project "Labor Productivity", the team reduced the production time of the bunkers of the Irtysh-10 sowing complex by almost 10%. Now the release date of this part has been reduced from 465 to 420 hours, and the company is not going to stop there.

"The training takes place in an interactive format. Each participant gets his position "at the factory" and begins to perform production tasks. The key goal of the training is to teach participants how to see and eliminate losses in production processes. RCC experts help the "manufacturers" to improve the key skills of lean thinking: analyzing processes, identifying problems and their causes, eliminating unproductive actions, and finding ways to improve their work. This type of training is available to all participants of the national project free of charge," said Maxim Shulgat, head of the Omsk Region RCC.

After completing three game production shifts, implementing improvements and significantly optimizing production, the team achieved visible results by reducing cash costs, excess production and improving its quality. All participants received certificates of completion of the training "Factory of production processes".
