Specialists of the Agency for Attracting Investments in the Omsk region are studying lean production tools

Experts from the Regional Competence Center of the Omsk Region conducted an Office Process Factory training course for employees of the Omsk Region Development and Investment Agency as part of the implementation of the national project "Labor Productivity". Specialists were trained to apply lean manufacturing techniques to optimize and improve office processes.

It should be noted that the study, use and implementation of lean methods among regional and municipal authorities, as well as subordinate institutions, is an important and urgent task, as it allows to increase the efficiency of organizations, as well as improve the quality of services provided by them.

The Office Process Factory is held in the format of an interactive training on a training ground. The "manufacturers" live three game rounds in one day, become temporary employees of the same office, who will have to improve the process of preparing contracts for the supply of materials using lean tools. Collectively, students reduce the time of the process, the number of employee movements and document management, reduce the cost and increase the revenue of the enterprise.

The Agency's specialists noted that the Office Process Factory allows you to immerse yourself in the topic of lean management, understand its principles and techniques not only in theory but also in practice, and also motivates you to transfer your experience to your workplace.
