Specialists of the Omsk Region Development and Investment Agency conducted a series of lectures for investment commissioners of municipal districts

The training took place on the basis of the RANEPA Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education as part of the advanced training program "Increasing the Investment Attractiveness of Municipalities".

The purpose of the program is to synchronize work on the ground, introduce common standards of interaction with business and increase the efficiency of attracting capital to the districts of the region.

During the face-to-face sessions, the Agency's experts analyzed in detail four key topics that form the foundation of working with investors.:

"One window" for investment project support-The participants studied the algorithm of the unified responsibility center, which allows businesses to solve all issues.

Investment proposal: the content and purpose of the document - The lecturers explained how to correctly package the idea into a presentable document.

The Investment Commissioner and the RASSVET system - Specialists demonstrated the functionality of the regional digital RASSVET system, which ensures transparency of the application process, deadline control and monitoring of the status of each project in real time.

Ecosystem of investor support and support in municipalities - The audience was presented with a complete map of available tools: from regional tax incentives and subsidies to support measures at the federal level, as well as opportunities for interaction with development institutions established in the region.

The practical block became an important part of the program. The investment commissioners not only listened to the theory, but also completed practical tasks.

Such a training format allows not only to update knowledge, but also to form a unified information field. The acquired skills will help to promote the investment potential of the districts more effectively, bring local initiatives to the implementation stage faster and create new jobs in the Omsk region.
