Specialists of the Omsk Region Export Support Center were trained in Moscow

From March 19 to March 23, 2018, specialists from the Omsk Region Export Support Center took part in a session for future regional trainers of the REC Export School Educational Program.

"The development of our country's non-primary exports remains one of the priorities of the Russian economy. The educational component of this development is one of the tools to stimulate the start of export activities of small and medium-sized enterprises.Alexey Tyupanov, head of the REC Group, said in his address to the participants of the session. "That is why the success of both individual companies and the country as a whole depends on how deeply we are immersed in our work aimed at providing high–quality and systematic knowledge to novice exporters."

As part of the training, the participants of the session underwent a "Training for trainers", dedicated to the basics of teaching an adult audience. The main task of which is to develop the skills of trainers working with a group, conducting interactive forms of training and organizing effective feedback. We also got acquainted with the basics of the course "Introduction to export. The life cycle of an export project. State support for export-oriented enterprises" and with methodological requirements and standards for the implementation of Educational programs in the regions.

"This Educational session was the largest, 103 representatives from 57 regions took part in it, 16 of whom joined the Educational Program in 2018," said Alisa Nikitina, General Director of the REC Export School. – Future teachers of the REC Export School received not only the skills and knowledge in the first year of our program, but also all the necessary coaching competencies to work effectively with the audience."

The Center for Coordination of Support for Export-oriented Small and Medium-sized Businesses was established on August 1, 2012 with the support of the Ministry of Economy of the Omsk Region and is a structural unit of the Omsk Region Development and Investment Agency JSC. The main goal of the Center is to realize the economic potential of the Omsk region by supporting exports and promoting investment projects of small and medium-sized enterprises of the Omsk region in foreign markets.

Specialists from the Omsk Region Export Support Center invite representatives of small and medium-sized businesses interested in developing the company and launching export activities to participate free of charge.
