More than 250 vacant premises for various purposes are offered to business entities for use and ownership
On December 1, Minimushchestvo will hold a "direct line" for entrepreneurs on long-term rental of vacant premises.
On December 1, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., a "direct line" will be held for business entities on the registration of vacant premises in the regional treasury for long-term lease. Marat Zhumabaev, Head of the Contractual Relations Department of the Ministry of Property Relations of the Omsk Region, will answer questions from entrepreneurs about the rules for registering leases for regional property.
To date, the Register of Vacant Premises includes more than 250 premises for various purposes, including detached buildings ranging in size from 5 "squares" to 5.5 thousand square meters. m. The areas offered to business entities are not involved and are not used for any economic activity. As part of the direct line, business entities will also be able to receive clarifications on the procedure for acquiring premises included in the Register and planned for privatization.
