The Entrepreneurship Support Center invites you to the free training "Coaching as an effective management tool"
On December 6, at 3 p.m., Omsk entrepreneurs are invited to take part in a free training course "School of Entrepreneurship", held within the framework of the SME Corporation program. In the section "Analysis of the structure of the current staff" the topic "Coaching as an effective management tool" will be considered.
The speaker at the master class will be invited expert Sergey Klimenko, who is the co-founder and CEO of Key&Key Group, a professional business coach (Erickson International University), and a financial consultant.
As a result of participating in the training, participants will receive a set of specific coaching skills that can be applied in managing people; tools for managing subordinates' motivation; knowledge of how to set goals for their subordinates in order to achieve results while remaining a leader in the team; tools for well-coordinated and effective team work.
