The results of the "You are an entrepreneur" project have been summed up

On December 20, the Agency for Development and Investment hosted the final event on the implementation of the federal program "You are an entrepreneur" in our region. The round table brought together representatives of the Omsk Region Ministry of Sports, program operators, as well as young businessmen.

This year, the Business Incubator and our resident Simurg LLC were among the operators of the "You are an Entrepreneur" program.

It should be noted that the federal program "You are an entrepreneur", under which Omsk residents get the opportunity to open their own business, this year brought together about 3 thousand young people.

– The project participants have created more than 75 small and medium-sized businesses, I believe that this is the main result of the program. As part of the "You are an Entrepreneur" program, the guys were able to meet with experts and gain knowledge that allowed them to start their own business," said Svetlana Loputsenko, Head of the Youth Policy Department of the Omsk Region Ministry of Sports. – In addition, the program was able to receive a special development this year: a subsidy of more than 4 million rubles was allocated for the creation of a center for youth innovative creativity. This is a special platform that allows young people and children to engage in technical creativity, robotics and design.

The "You are an Entrepreneur" program included a series of events: group consultations for people who want to start their own business, educational programs, business games, trainings and open lessons. Not only Omsk residents aged 18 to 30, but also schoolchildren were able to learn more about entrepreneurship. One of the objectives of the program is to make the students understand that entrepreneurship is also a profession.

– In the open lessons that we conducted for schoolchildren, young businessmen and our teachers tried to explain that not only those who have received an economics education can become a businessman. You can choose any field of activity. Of course, we don't promise that everything will be easy, but we're trying to get the guys interested. Our main task is to form a positive opinion about business," says Alexandra Shulzhenko, head of the operator of the "You are an Entrepreneur" program at Simurg LLC.

In addition, we held the regional stage of the All-Russian competition "Young Entrepreneur of Russia", which was attended by more than 50 aspiring businessmen. Three of them represented the Omsk region at the federal stage of the competition. The region also hosted the congress "You are an entrepreneur", which brought together 150 young businessmen. They were able to attend master classes from federal experts and make useful acquaintances.

Today, as part of the final event, the winners of the second stage of the grant competition for young entrepreneurs to start their own business were awarded. A total of 9 projects received state support this year, including the creation of the Irtysh Hostel, the BarbeRrr-Dogs grooming studio and the Accutek uninterruptible power supply testing company.

– Participation in the competition has given our company a lot. Now we will be able to purchase modern measuring equipment, thanks to which customers will receive new batteries for uninterruptible power supplies that last 2-3 years longer," explains Vitaly Gorbachev, the winner of the grant competition, General Director of Accutek LLC. – The "You are an entrepreneur" program has helped me a lot. It's not the first year I've been taking part in it. I was trained at a business incubator and visited forums. I can say that this program has given me a useful experience. It is especially important that within the framework of "You are an entrepreneur" a community of young businessmen is being formed who can communicate and share their experiences with each other.
