The results of the regional competition "Festival of Professions" have been summed up
Today, the Regional Congress Hall is hosting a career guidance event "Festival of Professions", which will summarize the results of the regional competition of the same name.
The regional competition "Festival of Professions" was developed by the Ministry of Labor and Social Development of the Omsk Region in cooperation with the Ministry of Education of the Omsk Region, the Ministry of Economy of the Omsk Region, and the Omsk Regional Employers' Association in order to expand students' knowledge of the professions of the regional labor market and attract the attention of young people to sought-after and promising professions in the Omsk region.
The competition was held from April 1, 2018 to November 10, 2018 and aroused great interest among students at all levels.
An up-to-date and accessible participation format was offered for each age group.
During the event, students from Omsk and the Omsk region will be able to try themselves as a veterinarian, paramedic, seamstress, aesthetic services technology specialist, welder, analytical control technology specialist for chemical compounds, pastry chef, food technologist, teacher, robotics engineer and boatmaster.
The students will also be offered to undergo an express diagnosis of their interests, inclinations and abilities; to get acquainted with a multimedia exhibition of professions of the future, which can be obtained in educational institutions in Omsk today.
An exhibition of drawings and photo reports by participants of the regional competition "Festival of Professions" will be opened in the lobby, and a screening of video materials submitted to the Competition will be organized in the hall.
All participants of the Competition will receive Certificates and memorable gifts, and creative project managers will receive letters of thanks and souvenirs.
