A training seminar for heads of district administrations was held in the Congress hall today.

The heads of local governments were told how to properly prepare documents for participation in various programs to improve the territory and improve the quality of life of villagers.

The seminar was opened by Sergey Frolov, Deputy Chairman of the Omsk Region Government. He noted the importance of a competent approach to applying for participation in federal and regional programs, and also expressed his willingness to help the districts. "For the first time in many years, significant funding has been received in the Omsk Region as part of various national projects," said Sergey Frolov. – Omsk region participates in the programs "Safe and high-quality highways", "Formation of a comfortable urban environment", "Clean water". And it is necessary not only to receive timely funds for a particular program, but also to competently implement the project on its territory."

The heads of local governments were told in detail why some applications may be withdrawn and why some municipalities cannot qualify for subsidies. There was an opportunity to consult with representatives of the relevant areas of the Omsk Region Ministry of Construction on each issue and discuss the details of participation in the competition for each program. The vivid discussions concerned not only financing, but also a number of innovations, in particular, the issues of solid waste management were discussed.

In general, the managers were satisfied with the meeting, noted the productive communication and received useful information for further work with the competition documentation.
