Three districts of the Omsk region will receive incentive grants for performance
Lyubinsky, Krutinsky and Odessky districts of the Omsk region achieved the best performance indicators according to the results of their activities.
«Municipal performance rating for 2016 The year was shaped by 2017 years. The dynamics of the achieved results was assessed over three years. Financing is planned for this year.», − according to the regional Ministry of Economy. The administrations of the Lyubinsky, Krutinsky and Odessa municipal districts of the Omsk region became the most effective. The main purpose of the assessment – to determine the effectiveness of the work of local authorities, mark the municipalities that have achieved the best performance indicators for the year, and draw attention to the need to take measures to remedy the situation for those whose indicators are declining.
According to the regional Ministry of Economy, the comprehensive assessment includes indicators of economic sectors, including entrepreneurship and investment, road construction, education, physical culture and sports, housing and communal services, municipal management, and energy conservation. – in total 18 indicators. A separate evaluation component – satisfaction of the population with the activities of local administrations. The opinion of residents about the work of municipalities significantly influenced the overall result.
Lyubinsky district is in the top ten by most indicators. Over the past three years, the district has seen an increase in entrepreneurship, investment activity, and social indicators.
«Today, growth points and problematic areas have been identified in the Lyubinsky district for each industry. And all this is taken into account in programs and roadmaps, and the results obtained are used by us as guidelines for determining priority areas of activity in relation to each industry, whether it is investment activity or agricultural activity.», - the head of the Lyubinsky municipal district, Abai Rakimzhanov, shares.
Krutinsky district is in the top three for the fourth time. High efficiency was noted in terms of business indicators, higher than others in the district, the level of additional education for children aged from 5 before 18 years.
Economic development indicators had the greatest impact on the result of the Odessa region, and high energy efficiency in municipal budget institutions was also noted.
According to the results of the rating selection, Lyubinsky district received a grant in the amount of 125 thousand rubles, Krutinsky district – 64 thousand rubles, Odessa region – 61 thousand rubles.
