The Export Support Center invites Omsk entrepreneurs to a seminar «Legal aspects of export»

15 martha 2018 A seminar will be held in the regional Congress Hall of the year «Legal aspects of export» REC export schools.
Representatives of small and medium-sized businesses interested in the development of the company and the launch of export activities are invited to participate free of charge.
The export seminar will be held in a face-to-face format. Using interactive teaching methods, a qualified trainer will provide students with basic knowledge on the legal support of export activities. The seminar participants will learn about the purposes and areas of application of the international rules of conducting foreign economic activity within the framework of the Inkorterms and the Vienna Convention, the norms of responsibility of participants in activities and technologies for resolving possible disputes. They will discuss how to choose a legal consultant and what types of contracts and components of a foreign trade contract are used in export activities.
«Effective organization of export activities can be implemented only in compliance with the legal framework governing foreign economic activity, which is your guarantor in relations with foreign partners in the civil law field. In this seminar, you will learn about the legal aspects of entering the foreign market, as well as about international acts regulating export activities.», - notes Anna Kolokolova, Deputy Head of the Omsk Region Export Support Center, professional certified coach of the export seminar program of the REC Export School.
To complete the training, you must 14 martha 2018 g. (inclusive):
Register on the website www.exportedu.ru - create a personal account;
Choose a course «Legal support for the export project» in the section «Full-time study calendar» (Omsk region) and register for the course (BE SURE to attach a referral letter from your place of work for training, download a sample);
Take the entrance test from 15 questions (the test result does not affect the opportunity to complete the training);
After completing full-time training, take the final test and receive a certificate of education.
