CCI invites you to a free mini-training: «The art of negotiation»

28 June's 2018 years in 15.00 hours of KU Omsk «Entrepreneurship Support Center» together with Dmitry Ustyantsev, a business coach and expert in communication and management skills, he organizes a free mini-training on the topic: «The art of negotiation».

The purpose of the event is to develop the skills of the training participants «management negotiations», training of effective interaction (cooperation) skills, including in a critical (or conflict) situation, the development of strategic thinking.

As part of the mini-training, participants will learn what they are «management negotiations», the structure of management negotiations, two levels of management negotiations,  three channels of communication in negotiations, techniques and negotiation strategy.

The mini-training program includes practical tasks in the form of «Negotiation duels» and answers to the questions of the participants.

Owners and managers of small and medium-sized businesses, heads of sales and marketing departments, and managers of promotion departments are invited to participate.
