CCI invites you to a free mini-training: "The art of negotiation"

On June 28, 2018, at 3 p.m. in Omsk, the Center for Entrepreneurship Support, together with Dmitry Ustyantsev, a business coach and expert in communication and management skills, will organize a free mini-training on the topic: "The Art of Negotiation."

The purpose of the event is to develop the skills of "managerial negotiations" among the participants of the training, to train the skills of effective interaction (cooperation), including in a critical (or conflict) situation, and to develop strategic thinking.

During the mini-training, participants will learn what "management negotiations" are, the structure of management negotiations, two levels of management negotiations, three channels of communication in negotiations, negotiation techniques and strategies.

The mini-training program includes practical tasks in the form of "Negotiation duels" and answers to participants' questions.

Owners and managers of small and medium-sized businesses, heads of sales and marketing departments, and managers of promotion departments are invited to participate.
