You can now become a participant in the national project "Labor Productivity", get free advice from experts in lean manufacturing, and apply for participation in the free training "Process Factory" for production and office workers on the website of the Regional Competence Center of the Omsk Region (hereinafter RCC).
It should be recalled that the RCC was established in the region in 2020 to promote the national project "Labor Productivity" and assist Omsk enterprises in implementing lean manufacturing, improving management, logistics and product sales.
"Participation in the national project helps businesses to increase their income following labor productivity. Currently, 69 Omsk enterprises are implementing lean manufacturing tools. On average, in the Omsk region, organizations with expert support from Regional and Federal competence centers for the national project managed to reduce work-in-progress by 40% and increase output by 37%," the RCC shared.
The RCC website will introduce the user to the national Labor Productivity project, explain what address and system support are and how to get them, help send an application form for a free consultation or become a participant in the "Factory" of production or office processes.
