The participants of the Omsk personnel project "Promotion of HEROES" began internships with mentors
Today, Lieutenant Colonel Ivan Tsvetkov, a finalist in the regional educational program of the personnel project "Promotion of HEROES", began an internship under the leadership of Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Omsk region Andrey Shpilenko.
It should be noted that Svetlana Bazhenova, General Director of the Regional Agency for Development and Investment, has been appointed as the curator (trusted mentor).
Earlier, the Governor of the Omsk region, Vitaly Khotsenko, noted that the project gives the guys the opportunity to see the work of different structures from the inside and gain useful experience for their future careers.
During the installation meeting, the project participant got acquainted with the mentor, learned about the tasks facing the investment block of the region, and shared his expectations from the program. We also discussed the development goals and the internship plan.
In the near future, Ivan will take part in a series of strategic sessions where he will get acquainted with the activities of the Agency for Development and Investment, the Avangard Special Economic Zone, the Industrial Development Fund, as well as the My Business unified service center.
