The participants of the national project "Labor Productivity" continue to improve their competencies in the field of lean manufacturing

Yesterday, a training course "Process Factory" was held for employees of the CIVIC enterprise, which was conducted by trainers from the Regional Competence Center of the Omsk Region (hereinafter referred to as the RCC). Training is one of the elements of the implementation of the national project "Labor Productivity".

Let us recall that the "Process Factory" is a training and production site where participants in the real production process gain experience in using lean manufacturing tools, as well as understand how improvements affect the operational and economic performance of production.

"The company's team of employees is engaged in the production of control panels for gas pressure regulators in a playful way. The participants face the task of reducing costs and the cost of the finished product in three working shifts, as well as maximizing profits. In parallel with the game shifts, mini-lectures on lean production tools are held. The Process Factory truly helps to develop effective work skills: use resources efficiently, minimize costs, and find ways to improve work," said Maxim Shulgat, head of the Omsk Region RCC.

The training left positive impressions among the students. The "manufacturers" noted that they had developed a friendly and effective team during the training process, and the knowledge gained could be used in the future to increase labor productivity in order to achieve an effect that could be measured both in numbers and achievements.

Participants of the national project "Labor Productivity" can join the training at the "Process Factory". For more information about participation, please contact the Omsk Region RCC by phone +7(3812)40-80-17 or visit the Productivity website.RF.
