Participants of the Omsk business forum on the development of industrial clusters visited a confectionery factory «Sladonezh»

Business Forum participants «Industrial clusters: the driver of regional development», which started in Omsk 19 April, they get acquainted with the experience of forming an Agrobiotechnological industrial cluster in the Omsk region. Today, representatives of financial institutions, development institutions, businessmen, vice-presidents and members of the General Council of LLC «Business Russia» we got acquainted with the Omsk company's experience «Sladonezh», part of the agrobiocluster.
Over the past five years, the confectionery factory «Sladonezh» increased production capacity by investing up to annually 200 million rubles for the development of production infrastructure. The factory has modern equipment and advanced technological processes. The company's production facilities allow it to produce more than 60 thousands of tons of high-quality products per year, for which the company was awarded the status of a federal-level confectionery factory.
In the plans of the labor collective - further increase in production and sales volumes, as well as expansion of the product range. Mutually beneficial cooperation within the framework of the biocluster, the investment program adopted at the 2017-2020 years ., They contribute to the promotion of Omsk food not only to the Russian, but also to the foreign market.
The Forum participants noted the effectiveness of cluster development and the competitiveness of enterprises taking advantage of cooperation, as well as the efforts of the Omsk authorities in creating a favorable investment climate in the region.
The experience of cluster economy development was presented by Victor Nazarov, Governor of the Omsk Region, at the Russian Investment Forum in Sochi. Today 2 Omsk clusters - Agrobiotechnological and petrochemical - included in the register of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation and included in 16 Russian clusters applying for federal financial support.
The head of the Omsk region invited interested specialists to get acquainted with Omsk clusters in order to assess on the spot the effect of coordinating the efforts of industry experts.
