Street art at the open-air museum in Omsk inspired the heads of delegations of the SCO regions to create a joint painting.
A common canvas depicting a large and strong, but very friendly bear was dedicated to the IV Forum of Heads of Regions of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization member States.
By participating in the collective painting, the heads of the SCO regional delegations have invested some of their kindness in an image that embodies strength and wisdom, and it will remain in the Omsk region. This painting will be kept in the Governor's Gallery. as a symbol of regional friendship within the framework of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.
Collective creativity became the prologue to consultations between the heads of delegations of the SCO member states' regions and the moderators of the panel sessions that are being held within the framework of the IV forum.
Deputy Secretary General of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Janesh Kane, Governor of the Omsk Region Vitaly Khotsenko, Deputy Chairman of the Minsk Regional Executive Committee of the Republic of Belarus Denis Kurlenko, Deputy Akim of the North Kazakhstan Region of the Republic of Kazakhstan Rustem Kurmanov, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Party Committee of Shaanxi Province of the People's Republic of China Xing Shanping, First Deputy Minister of Economy and Commerce participate in this work. Choro Seyitov of the Kyrgyz Republic, Chairman of the Committee on Local Development under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Sharifjon Jumazoda, Deputy Khokim of the Ferghana region of the Republic of Uzbekistan Nuriddin Mamazhonov.
Today, the Forum of Heads of Regions of the SCO countries continues in the format of business negotiations and panel sessions on key areas of interaction in the space of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization - logistics, agriculture, sustainable development goals, industry and cooperation, education, youth cooperation. This is the first time that an event of this level has been held in the Omsk Region.
