The development of the Omsk Region's investment climate was discussed in Moscow
Yesterday, Svetlana Bazhenova, Director General of the Omsk Region Development and Investment Agency, held a business meeting in the capital with Anton Akhiev, Deputy Director of the Department of Labor Productivity and Business Improvement at the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.
During the meeting, the leaders discussed in detail the current situation of the Omsk region in key areas of investment policy.:
implementation of the Regional Investment Standard — a set of measures designed to simplify the interaction between business and government, reduce administrative barriers and create transparent rules of work for investors.;
filling in the Investment map of Russia (https://invest.gov.ru/map/region/55)— A digital resource that helps investors quickly find suitable sites and support measures in different regions of the country.;
working with the feedback platform PIC.Business (https://www.gosuslugi.ru/help/obratitsya_business) — a tool for quickly solving the problems of entrepreneurs and investors.
All these comprehensive measures affect the improvement of the region's investment climate. The Agency for Strategic Initiatives is currently conducting a series of surveys among entrepreneurs and investors to assess the effectiveness of regional business support measures, the quality of infrastructure, the availability of resources, and the overall attractiveness of the territories for investment.
The presentation of the final results of the rating will traditionally take place at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. — a key event for discussing strategic objectives for the development of the Russian economy and attracting investments.
Director General of the Agency for Development and Investments Svetlana Bazhenova She noted the importance of the meeting: «Today we discussed not only the current performance of the region, but also the growth points that will help the Omsk region strengthen its position in the federal ratings. Special attention was paid to further cooperation with the Russian Ministry of Economic Development, including projects to improve the investment climate and support businesses. This is an important step in the development of the region.».
