Omsk Region investment potential to be presented in Moscow

A working group led by Andrey Shpilenko, Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Omsk Region, began preparing for the event, which reveals the investment potential of the Omsk region.

Earlier, the head of the region, Vitaly Khotsenko, in a message to the Legislative Assembly on the main directions of budgetary and socio-economic policy, put attracting investments to the region as one of the four main priorities of the Omsk Region Government. I set the task to enter the TOP 10 regions of the country with high investment attractiveness.

The working group included representatives of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Omsk Region, the Regional Agency for Development and Investment, as well as specialists from the investment unit of the Omsk Region Representative Office under the Government of the Russian Federation.

During the working meeting, the participants analyzed the best practices of various regions of the Russian Federation and discussed the concept of a future presentation, drawing up a roadmap for the implementation of the event.
