Work on investment projects continues in the municipalities of the Omsk region
Investblock of the regional Development and Investment Agency participated in strategic sessions on the preparation of SWOT analysis in Isilkulsky, Novavarshavsky and Kormilovsky districts of the Omsk region. Earlier, municipalities collected statistical data, conducted surveys among the population, administrative staff, and business representatives.
It should be noted that the investment profile is one of the elements of the municipal investment standard, which was developed by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and represents uniform federal requirements for the organization of investment project support by municipalities.
"Holding strategic sessions is one of the most important stages in creating the investment profile of municipalities. The format makes it possible to take into account the interests and opportunities of business and government in the future. Analytical work will continue, as a result of which we will receive a document regulating the development of municipalities, taking into account their unique characteristics, resources and socio-economic situation," said Evgeny Kovtun, General Director of the Omsk Region Development and Investment Agency.
Thus, during the strategy sessions, heads of districts, representatives of administrations and rural settlements, business communities and organizations, entrepreneurs and local residents analyzed the resources, opportunities and advantages for investors in the municipalities. Business ideas were also voiced, and problems hindering the development of entrepreneurial activity were identified.
Work on the "reboot" of investment profiles in the districts of the Omsk region will be completed at the end of February, their pre-protection will take place in March, then the profiles will be finalized and posted on the Investment Portal of the Omsk Region and the administrative resources of municipalities. The investment profile will help municipal administrations to specify and improve their work with investors, as well as promptly respond to business inquiries and problematic issues.
