A regional industrial development fund will be established in Omsk.
The Omsk Region Industry Development Fund will be established on the basis of the Omsk Regional Microfinance Fund for Small and Medium-sized Businesses.
The work on the creation of the Omsk Region Industry development Fund is being carried out by the regional Ministry of Industry in cooperation with the Ministry of Economy of the Omsk Region.
The creation of such a structure in the region will allow us to reach a new level of cooperation with the Federal Fund for Industrial Development. - provision of joint targeted loans. The main priority will be given to industrial enterprises introducing high-tech products, carrying out technical re-equipment or creating import-substituting production facilities.
The advantage of creating a regional fund – This is an incentive for direct investment in the development of the industrial sector of the Omsk region. At the same time, the proposed scheme of work of the regional fund will be focused not only on large enterprises, but also on medium and small businesses.
Federal and regional funds will provide loans under 5% annual expenses for the implementation of industrial development projects in the ratio 70% (federal funds) for 30% (funds from the regions). Support measures are planned to be provided on a recurring basis, which provides an opportunity to receive a return on the project in the form of additional tax deductions to the budget and new jobs to re-invest them in new promising projects.
A team of 23-x regional industrial development funds in Irkutsk, Ulyanovsk, Sverdlovsk, Chelyabinsk and other regions.
The activities of the regional fund are planned to be organized on the basis of the Omsk Regional Microfinance Fund for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Micro-Credit Company, which will make it possible to establish work as quickly as possible and make great use of the competencies and accumulated experience in providing borrowed funds in the activities of the regional industrial development fund.
