Results and prospects of the national Labor Productivity project will be discussed in Omsk
On November 15, at 11:00 a.m., an interregional Conference on the exchange of best practices and experience in improving labor productivity will be held in the regional Congress Hall (70 let Oktyabrya str., 25, room 2).
The conference will be attended by representatives of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia, Waldskills Russia, the Federal Center for Labor Productivity Competencies, as well as authorities and businesses in the Omsk, Tomsk, Rostov, Novosibirsk and Sverdlovsk regions.
"As part of the interregional conference, we will discuss the prospects for the implementation of the national project "Labor Productivity" until 2030, the regions will share the best practices in implementing lean manufacturing tools at enterprises, talk about the prospects for the development of system support measures and the creation of infrastructure in participating companies of the national project," the Ministry of Economic Development of the region explained.
The conference program includes three areas, the so-called "tracks". These are "The State for business", "Personnel for enterprises", "The State for people".
Within the framework of the "Government for Business" track, a plenary session "Labor Productivity – the driver of the economy" and a session dedicated to Regional centers of competence in the field of labor productivity will be held. The track "Personnel for enterprises" includes a session on systemic measures in the development of industrial culture. The track "Government for People" includes a session on creating infrastructure for the implementation of the national project, a round table with lean instructors dedicated to best practices in employee training, a business game on creating an effective workplace using the 5C system, and a master class on quick equipment changeover using SMED.
In addition, at the conference, you can learn more about participation in the national project and project financing through the Omsk Region Industry Development Fund, and register to participate in the All-Russian Congress of Business Leaders, which will be held in Omsk from November 24 to 26.
