A high-tech technopark is being created in Omsk on behalf of the governor.

On January 11, the head of the region, Vitaly Khotsenko, held the first meeting of the Omsk Region Investment Committee in 2024. The Investment Committee decided to amend the legislative and regulatory framework to ensure transparency of government support measures for investors, reviewed investment initiatives, and discussed the list of projects that will receive support in the near future.

One of such projects discussed at the meeting was the Omsk Digital investment project to create a high-tech technology park. The project is being supported by specialists from the Omsk Region Development and Investment Agency.

The technopark will occupy an area of 20 thousand m2 and will be located on the territory of the former Kozitsky plant. The volume of investments in the innovative project will amount to 3 billion rubles.

Earlier, the Governor of the Omsk region, Vitaly Khotsenko, said: "I am sure that we will create the best IT park in the country. The Omsk Region Government will provide the necessary assistance to the project. As a result, we will have a territory of innovative development, which will become a point of attraction for our youth. Tax benefits and rental benefits are planned for residents of this park."

As noted in the regional Agency for Development and Investment, at the moment three buildings with land plots have been purchased for the project, a project schedule has been formed, including the implementation of a set of basic measures, and an architectural concept has been developed.

Recall that the Omsk Development and Investment Agency will offer investors free of charge: selection of land plots, state support measures, a personal manager and project support in a "one-stop shop" mode. You can seek advice at: ul. 70 let Oktyabrya, 25/2, office 4-3, phone: +7(3812) 40-80-49.
