Omsk to train leaders of social innovations
The new project will start working 20 and 21 January on the basis of the Center for Innovation in the social sphere. Project «School of Social Innovation» It is implemented using a grant from the President of the Russian Federation for the development of civil society provided by the Presidential Grants Fund.
«Acceleration program «School of Social Innovation» It is aimed at managers of non-profit organizations who plan to develop and implement their own social services, managers of business projects planning their development using the capabilities of socially oriented non-profit organizations, initiators of social or socio-entrepreneurial projects planning to start their own activities.», - according to the Center for Innovation in the Social sphere.
Training according to the program «School of Social Innovation» It will pass 140 participants (4 software training groups 35 participants in each).
The project provides training in a specially developed certified program, within which you can learn the specifics of developing social and socio-entrepreneurial projects, prepare a business model for your project, get information about project management and promotion technologies, as well as about the sources of resource support for the social project.
The Project Leader Support Program includes 8 mentoring sessions, 8 internship trips to existing social enterprises, 2 negotiation platforms with the participation of representatives of regional authorities, 2 contact exchanges. The period of joint work on a project within the framework of one School of Social Innovation – 2 a month, just in 2018 Four such Schools are planned to be held this year. The training at the School of Social Innovation is free of charge for the participants. The result of the implementation of the entire acceleration program will be the creation of at least 70 new social services for residents of the Omsk Irtysh region.
