A modern sports complex with padel courts will be built in Omsk: the agreement was signed at the SPIEF
On the sidelines of SPIEF 2026, Governor Vitaly Khotsenko signed an agreement with the Optimal Design Solutions company represented by Dmitry Shcherbakov.
The new sports complex with padel courts will become part of the development of the city's sports infrastructure and will open up additional opportunities to promote an active lifestyle among residents of the Omsk region.
Key details of the project:
The implementation period is scheduled until the end of 2034.
The role of the investor: the Optimal Design Solutions company undertakes the design of the facility, construction and attraction of extra-budgetary financing.
Technological solutions: during the construction of the complex, modern energy—saving and environmentally friendly technologies will be used - this corresponds to the strategic goals of the region for sustainable development.
The head of the region instructed the Omsk Region Development and Investment Agency to support the project at all stages of its implementation.
"Our task is to ensure effective interaction between all participants in the process, monitor compliance with deadlines and help resolve emerging issues. The appearance of a modern sports complex with padel courts will not only expand the opportunities for sports, but also increase the attractiveness of the Omsk region as a place to live and relax. We will provide comprehensive support for the project so that it is implemented on time and with high quality," commented Svetlana Bazhenova, General Director of the Omsk Region Development and Investment Agency.
