A working meeting was held today, where two key issues were discussed: the development of the technology park in the field of high technologies "Springboard" and the creation of a technology park in the field of electronic industry "Electron".
The meeting was led by Andrey Shpilenko, Deputy Chairman of the Omsk Region Government. Representatives of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Omsk region, the regional Agency for Development and Investment, and the leadership of the technoparks took part in the discussion of the current state and plans for the development and creation of technoparks.
"Technoparks play an important role in shaping an innovative economy. These specialized sites combine scientific, educational and industrial resources, contributing to the accelerated development of high-tech industries. Modern technology parks will attract investments, create skilled jobs, and increase the competitiveness of Omsk enterprises' products," said Andrey Shpilenko, Deputy Chairman of the regional Government.
Currently, the Trampoline high-tech technopark is preparing a package of documents in the competitive selection process for the right to receive state support for the implementation of the project to create the Trampoline business park. The planned amount of co–financing of the project from the federal budget is 500 million rubles, from the budget of the Omsk region – 125 million rubles.
The Electron radio-electronic industry Technopark has signed a trilateral project support agreement between the Omsk Region Development and Investment Agency and the Avangard Special Economic Zone. The technopark will be located on the territory with preferential treatment — the Avangard SEZ. At the moment, the management of the technopark is preparing project documentation for the state expert examination.
"The Omsk Region Development and Investment Agency supports projects at all stages of implementation. We create the most comfortable conditions for investors: we assist in preparing the necessary documentation, assist in passing approvals and examinations, and ensure interaction with government authorities. Our goal is to minimize administrative barriers and provide investors with a full range of support: from consultations on government support measures to assistance in selecting sites and infrastructure solutions," said Svetlana Bazhenova, General Director of the Omsk Region Development and Investment Agency.
