In Omsk, there isёt III Legal forum for entrepreneurs «Secure Business 2026»
22 On April, the Omsk Regional Congress Hall will host III legal forum for entrepreneurs «Secure Business». The event is organized by the Omsk Regional Branch of the Russian Bar Association with the support of the Omsk Region Government.
In the context of the modern regulatory environment, the updating of legislation and the specifics of control activities, the dialogue between business and government is of particular importance. Forum «Secure Business» It acts as an effective platform for discussing topical issues and developing practical solutions aimed at creating a stable and predictable environment for the development of entrepreneurial activity. It will be held at the regional level for the third time.
The event will bring together more 500 participants: entrepreneurs, company executives, lawyers, accountants, HR- specialists and marketers. The purpose of the forum – improving the legal literacy of entrepreneurs, developing legal culture in the business environment of the Omsk region and building a constructive dialogue between the business community and government agencies.
More participants are expected 14 relevant topics and 30 experts – representatives of the Prosecutor's Office, the Federal Tax Service, the Federal Migration Service, the State Labor Inspectorate, Roskomnadzor, Rospotrebnadzor and other agencies, as well as practicing lawyers from Moscow. In the program – effective legal tools, analysis of practical cases and risks, as well as practical recommendations for work.
Among the key topics of the forum are – changes in tax legislation and the investment climate, business inspections and interaction with regulatory authorities, illegal employment, balance of interests of businesses and consumers within the framework of the Law on Consumer Protection, online advertising, requirements for signage (use of the Russian language), labeling of goods, lease of land for business, enforcement proceedings, labor protection and the use of artificial intelligence in business and law.
