The III Legal Forum for entrepreneurs "Safe Business 2026" will be held in Omsk
On April 22, the III legal forum for entrepreneurs "Safe Business" will be held in the Omsk Regional Congress Hall. The event is organized by the Omsk Regional Branch of the Russian Bar Association with the support of the Omsk Region Government.
In the context of the modern regulatory environment, the updating of legislation and the specifics of control activities, the dialogue between business and government is of particular importance. The Safe Business Forum is an effective platform for discussing topical issues and developing practical solutions aimed at creating a stable and predictable environment for the development of entrepreneurial activity. It will be held at the regional level for the third time.
The event will bring together more than 500 participants: entrepreneurs, company executives, lawyers, accountants, HR specialists and marketers. The purpose of the forum is to increase the legal literacy of entrepreneurs, develop legal culture in the business environment of the Omsk region and build a constructive dialogue between the business community and government agencies.
Participants will find more than 14 topical topics and 30 experts – representatives of the Prosecutor's Office, the Federal Tax Service, the Federal Migration Service, the State Labor Inspectorate, Roskomnadzor, Rospotrebnadzor and other departments, as well as practicing lawyers from Moscow. The program includes effective legal tools, analysis of practical cases and risks, as well as practical recommendations for work.
The key topics of the forum include changes in tax legislation and the investment climate, business inspections and interaction with regulatory authorities, illegal employment, balancing the interests of businesses and consumers within the framework of the Consumer Protection Act, online advertising, signage requirements (using the Russian language), labeling of goods, land lease for businesses, enforcement proceedings, occupational safety and the use of artificial intelligence in business and law.
