The Springboard Career Opportunities Forum will be held in Omsk for the third time

On November 14, the Springboard Career Opportunities Forum will bring together leading employers and promising students of the region in the regional Congress Hall. At the event, it will be possible to find out which specialists are in demand in the labor market of the region according to the industry principle.

Participants of the event will meet with employers in the field of industrial production, the agricultural and industrial complex, education, and the beauty industry.

The business program will include art presentations of beauty industry projects, master classes, rapid recruitment from representatives of industrial employers, as well as case solving.

It should be noted that within the framework of the Forum, a Specialized organization of Industrial Clusters will hold a presentation on the staffing needs of enterprises participating in industrial clusters "Find yourself in industry".

"The Springboard Youth Forum has been a key career event organized by the Ministry of Labor for three years. We strive to attract the maximum number of leading employers in the region to the Congress Hall site so that young people can personally meet them and evaluate the opportunities for professional and career development. We all used to be students and graduates, and we perfectly understand how important the first step is to enter the labor market and how important it is to find an employer," said Irina Varnavskaya, Minister of Labor and Social Development of the Omsk Region.
