The course was aimed at mastering practical tools for preparing investment proposals and building communication with potential investors. However, the key focus of the program is the understanding that promising investment ideas do not arise spontaneously. Their appearance is the result of systematic work to identify market niches in which there is a stable effective demand for products or services.
This approach is based on the methodology implemented in the RASSVET system. It allows you to accumulate and analyze data from several key sources to identify investment niches.:
-master plans for the development of territories;
-investment profiles of municipalities;
-information about current and planned projects in the industries;
-data on the region's industrial clusters and their needs;
-analysis of banks on industry trends and credit activity;
-the largest investment projects already being implemented in the Omsk region;
-Import information — to see which goods and components are imported from outside and can be replaced by local production.
It is precisely this deep exploration of niches based on complex data that turns an abstract initiative into a concrete investment project that is interesting to business.
Today, employees of municipalities responsible for attracting investments presented their proposals reflecting the real potential of the districts. Each project was reviewed by a team from the Omsk Region Development and Investment Agency headed by CEO Svetlana Bazhenova. The experts provided detailed comments and practical recommendations on further support and promotion of the initiatives.
"We see a qualitative increase in the competencies of our colleagues. Today, an investment commissioner is not just an intermediary, but an analyst who knows how to find niches where demand has already been formed. It is this professionalism that directly determines whether an investor will come to the area. Our task is to take these ideas into consideration, provide expert support and help turn municipal ideas into real growth points.",
— Svetlana Bazhenova emphasized.
