The construction of a modern greenhouse complex continues in the Omsk region
One of the largest investment projects in the agro-industrial complex of the region is being implemented in the village of Luzino. A year-round greenhouse complex is being built on an area of 20 hectares, which will increase the production of fresh vegetables, create new jobs and strengthen the food security of the Omsk region.
As part of the agreement on investment project support, the Omsk Region Development and Investment Agency provided assistance to the investor on the following issues:
- selection of a land plot for the implementation of the project of the territory of the Luzinsky rural settlement of the Omsk municipal district of the Omsk region;
- changes in the type of permitted use (VRI) of the land plot for "Vegetable growing";
- obtaining technical specifications and providing the greenhouse complex with natural gas;
- consulting assistance in the preparation of a business plan and financial model for a regional large-scale investment project;
- preparation of a package of documents for consideration at the Investment Office of the Omsk region;
- conclusion of a land lease agreement;
- obtaining technical specifications for connection to cold water supply networks;
The construction of the facility is on schedule. The phased commissioning of production units will begin this autumn, so that the company will be able to consistently increase production volumes as each stage reaches its design capacity.
The Governor of the Omsk region, Vitaly Khotsenko, said that the project is in an active stage.
"Starting this autumn, the commissioning of the greenhouse plant's production units will be carried out in stages, which will make it possible to consistently increase production volumes as queues reach their design capacity," said Vitaly Khotsenko.
The total investment in the creation of a modern greenhouse complex exceeds 10 billion rubles. After the company reaches full capacity, more than 300 new jobs with decent wages will be created here.
The new production complex will be an important contribution to the development of the Omsk region's agro-industrial complex, will provide residents of the region with high-quality vegetable products of their own production and will further strengthen the region's investment potential.
