The day before, Deputy Chairman of the regional Government Andrey Shpilenko met with businesses, heads of the Federal Property Management Agency and the Office of the Federal Register for the Omsk region. The accessibility and transparency for business of procedures for registration of property rights, obtaining land plots for lease and registration of land for cadastral registration were discussed.
"Algorithms have been developed in the region, consultations are being held so that entrepreneurs can avoid mistakes and delays in registering property rights, but they often do not know about these opportunities. The Deputy Chairman of the regional Government called on business associations to actively engage in informing entrepreneurs about all the opportunities and tools that are being implemented.
In particular, the meeting was told that through the portal of Public Services it is possible to apply for land plots for investment projects for rent. In general, algorithms for obtaining land plots have been developed for investors in the Omsk region. A step-by-step guide can be found in the Set of Investment Rules on the regional investment portal. The Omsk Region Ministry of Energy has also prepared a memo explaining how to apply for a land plot owned by the region and what documents need to be provided.

The Office of the Federal Register of the Omsk Region implements various forms of advising entrepreneurs in order to reduce the number of refusals, and consequently, the duration of registration of property rights.
