Construction of a hotel complex by type has begun in the Omsk region «Live and work»
The initiator of the project completed the work on the foundation – A pile field has been erected.
The investment project for the construction of a hotel complex in Omsk on Suvorova St. has been transferred from the pre-design stage to the implementation stage.
Last August, the Government of the Omsk Region signed an investment agreement on the implementation of a hotel complex construction project in the region.
The signing of the investment agreement became possible as a result of the participation of LLC «Suvorov Park» in the federal competition «Annual Public Award «Regions – sustainable development». Thanks to which the initiator was able to attract financing for the implementation of the project.
The agreement provides for the implementation of an investment project with state support and the implementation of equity financing of the facility under construction by LLC «Suvorov Park» and the Moscow investor of CJSC IG «Investment Corporation» when attracting borrowed funds from Sberbank.
Omsk Region Development and Investment Agency (formerly Omsk Region Development Corporation) He has been accompanying the project since February 2015 one year before the end of its implementation period. The required investments were 600 million rubles.
«The Agency provided assistance at all stages of the project implementation. Thanks to the effectively built communications, the issues arising at the pre-project stage were quickly resolved. The initiator of the project has already received a construction permit. A permit for the construction of utility networks is scheduled for February.», - note in Regional Development and Investment Agency.
The hotel complex will be located in the Kirov administrative district of Omsk. The building area will be 19 350 м², including underground parking on 52 places and semi-underground parking on 70 places. The project provides for the creation of an order 150 jobs. Project implementation period – 2017-2018 years .
