The list of retail outlets for the sale of products of local producers has been updated in the Omsk region.
The Regional Ministry of Economy has updated the register of trading places for the sale of products of local producers.
"In early April of this year, another update of the register of trading places for the sale of products of local producers, including those produced in private subsidiary farms, was carried out," the department reports.
The register includes 3,509 retail locations, including 1,064 free of charge, at 96 trading floors located in all municipal districts of the Omsk region and the city of Omsk.
"In comparison with a similar register formed in January 2018, the number of retail outlets where agricultural producers can sell their products has increased by 167 units. Most of the additional retail outlets are organized for gardeners in connection with the upcoming start of the summer season. Almost 40 percent of retail locations remained vacant as of early April 2018. Of the 3,509 retail outlets included in the register, 1,230 are located on the territory of retail markets," the regional Ministry of Economy said.
To inform local producers about possible additional markets for their products, the Register of trading places was sent to the administrations of municipal districts of the Omsk region, and also posted on the Internet on the official website of the Ministry of Economy of the Omsk Region in the "Consumer Market" section.
