The contractor is obliged to give an answer within a strictly regulated time frame.: consultation – before 5 calendar days, assistance (requires examination of documents and requests to other authorities) – before 10 calendar days, problem (complex and systemic issues) – it is considered at meetings of the working group, the deadline for the decision – no more than 30 calendar days.
