Successful practices in the implementation of regional projects developed by graduates of the Presidential Training Program were discussed in the Omsk region.

Celebrations and business events, which are taking place today at the regional Congress Hall, are dedicated to the twentieth anniversary of the implementation of the State Plan for the Training of Managerial Personnel for organizations of the National Economy of the Russian Federation.

Over the 20 years of the implementation of the Presidential Management Training Program, 1,418 senior and middle managers of the real sector of the economy and the social sphere of the region have graduated from the Omsk region. Celebrations and business events, which are taking place today at the regional Congress Hall, are dedicated to the twentieth anniversary of the implementation of the State Plan for the Training of Managerial Personnel for organizations of the National Economy of the Russian Federation. Omsk Region has been involved in the training of modern highly qualified managers to meet the challenges of modernizing economic sectors, introducing innovations and improving the investment climate in the regions since 1997.

During the implementation of the Presidential Management Training Program, almost one and a half thousand senior and middle managers of the real sector of the economy and the social sphere of the region have become graduates in the Omsk region. During the period of implementation of the State Plan, 301 graduates of the Omsk region completed internships abroad. For five years, the Omsk region hosted foreign managers, having organized an internship for 33 representatives of Germany, France, Japan, and the Netherlands during this time.

The Congress Hall hosted an exhibition and presentation of the professional achievements of graduates of the Presidential Program, a plenary session and a panel discussion "The Presidential Program: a mirror of the region or a catalyst for its development?". The participants of the Presidential Program were also awarded.
