The Omsk region confirmed the quality of the implementation of the Regional Investment Standard
The Ministry of Economic Development of Russia summed up the results of the implementation of the Regional Investment Standard in 2026. The Omsk region has successfully confirmed the quality of its key elements.
The Regional Investment Standard is a set of tools that helps to launch projects faster, reduce administrative barriers, and receive comprehensive support at all stages of initiative implementation.
In 2026, the requirements for the procedure became stricter: for successful completion, it was necessary to collect at least 85% of positive reviews in key areas.
Results of the Omsk region:

▪️ Investment Committee — 4.89 points;
Agency for Development and Investment of the Omsk Region — 4.87 points.
Today, all the elements of the Standard are in effect in the region: an investment declaration, a set of rules, a map, an Investment Committee, an Agency for Development and Investment, as well as an end-to-end investment flow, business proposals and a feedback mechanism with entrepreneurs.
