The development of the Krasny Yar settlement continues in the Omsk Region under the single-industry towns support program.

In 2017 Two central streets, chosen by the residents of Krasny Yar village, will be improved this year.

Krasny Yar settlement, Lyubinsky district - the only settlement in the Omsk region that can participate in the state support program for single-industry towns. The city-forming enterprise here is the Lyubinsky Dairy and Canning Plant, where more than 40% the population of the village - approximately 800 human. In the summer months, the company provides jobs 900 human. The dairy is actively involved in the life of the settlement, transfers taxes, provides social support, patronizes schools, but is unable to fully resolve the issues of employment of the local population.

Last year, Krasny Yar received a federal subsidy of more than 6 million rubles for grant support for start-up entrepreneurs and modernization of production. In addition, it is planned to implement investment projects in the village for the production of egg powder and the location of a logistics center, for which a site has already been identified.

The single-industry Towns Support Project gives localities advantages in participating in social development and landscaping programs, while placing additional responsibility on local authorities and providing for public initiative.

The head of the Krasnoyarsk urban settlement, Alexander Vasilevsky, said that the village administration had sent an application to the regional Ministry of Construction for state support in the amount of 10 millions of rubles for the repair of roads in the village, as well as an application to the regional Ministry of Health for the allocation of two ambulances. For the improvement of the village, the following funds are allocated annually from the local budget: 1,5 million rubles. Additional tasks are being set for the local management company to restore order in the yards. «The source». Residents actively participate in clean-up days and landscaping campaigns. Recently, with their participation, a place was chosen for the formation of a comprehensive sports ground.

Most residents vote for this project on a special website and submit their proposals for the improvement of the central streets of Krasny Yar. So, it is proposed to equip a walking and recreation area with benches and wooden sculptures. In the spring, Krasnoyarsk residents will plant pyramidal poplars and other full-size trees and shrubs purchased at the expense of the local budget. Messages about the implementation of the landscaping project are posted on information boards in crowded places.
