A business feedback platform is operating in the Omsk region
Entrepreneurs and investors of the Omsk region can submit a business application through the Feedback Platform (PIC.Business). The tool reduces bureaucratic barriers and provides the investor with a real opportunity to receive prompt answers on important issues, send inquiries, complaints and suggestions.
Note that all incoming requests on the PIC platform.Business from the business is centrally processed by the Omsk Region Development and Investment Agency, then sent to the relevant executive authorities. The results of the work on the appeals are planned to be reported monthly to the Governor Vitaly Pavlovich Khotsenko.
An appeal can be submitted on the Public Services portal, through a widget on the websites of regional ministries and departments, the Omsk Region Investment Portal and the regional Agency for Development and Investment. and also through the mobile application "Gosuslugi. We decide together."
The applicant must describe the essence of the application. It is recommended to provide information about only one problem in one message, so it will reach the right recipient faster. If necessary, provide additional information and attach photos or scans of the necessary documents — they must be in good resolution, without defects and processed in a photo editor.
The terms of consideration of requests are strictly regulated: consultations are provided within 5 days, assistance is provided within up to 10 days, and solving complex problems takes about 30 days. Note that if a businessman is not satisfied with the answer, he can return it for revision.
"PIC.Business is gradually becoming a working tool that helps entrepreneurs not only solve current problems, but also receive support in the implementation of investment projects. Already, businessmen receive qualified answers to their questions through the Platform. For example, one of the businessmen asked about the procedure for providing a land plot at auction, the request was sent to the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of the Omsk region. Another entrepreneur wants to find out information about current support measures for representatives of the agricultural sector through an appeal, the appeal was sent to the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Processing Industry of the Omsk region," the regional Agency for Development and Investment noted.
