Omsk region to discuss performance indicators of organizations providing support to investors

On December 20, 2024, at 9:00 a.m., a strategic session will be held at the regional Congress Hall with the investment team of the region under the leadership of Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Omsk Region Andrey Shpilenko. The main topics of the strategic session are key performance indicators of the investment team's structures, building transparent and barrier-free work with investors in the region.

The event will be attended by representatives of the Ministry of Economic Development and the Ministry of Industry of the Omsk region, heads of public associations, investment commissioners of municipal districts, deputies of the regional Legislative Assembly, and employees of the Omsk Region Representative Office under the Government of the Russian Federation.

So, during the strategy session, it is planned to conduct a SWOT analysis, through which participants will identify the strengths and weaknesses of organizations, as well as their development opportunities. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, the leadership of the regional Agency for Development and Investment, the Avangard special economic zone, and the Omsk Region Industrial Development Fund will present an action plan to achieve key performance indicators for organizations in 2025.

"Our goal is to form a unified strategy and mechanisms that will help attract investment and boost the dynamic development of the Omsk Region's economy," said Andrey Shpilenko, Deputy Chairman of the Omsk Region Government.

It should be noted that within the framework of the business program, special attention will be paid to investment commissioners responsible for improving the investment climate in the municipal districts of the Omsk region.

"Next year, one of the team's priorities will be to create investment profiles for municipalities. It is an important document for the tactical development of investment activity in the territory of a municipality based on the resource potential and socio-economic situation of the municipality," the Omsk Region Development and Investment Agency noted.
