The Government of the Omsk Region integrates resource supply organizations into a single "one-stop shop" scheme for investment project support. The response time for connecting to the engineering and technological support networks will be no more than 7 working days.
Such topics were discussed during the retreat by Andrey Shpilenko, Deputy Chairman of the Omsk Region Government, Evgeny Kovtun, Director General of the Regional Development and Investment Agency, and Evgeny Yelovik, Head of Omskoblgaz.
A series of working meetings with representatives of the Russian Geographical Society is one of the steps of the roadmap to increase the investment attractiveness of the Omsk region.
"We discussed issues related to the appointment of investment representatives in resource supply organizations. This will reduce administrative barriers for investors and increase the efficiency of interaction between all participants in the investment process. We also reviewed the mechanisms of interaction between the Agency, RSO and investors through the online service "Investor's Personal Account", which will create a convenient and transparent way to exchange information," said Andrey Shpilenko, Deputy Chairman of the Omsk Region Government.
It should be noted that on December 20, as part of an event to summarize the implementation of cluster policy in the Omsk Region in 2024, a trilateral agreement will be signed between the regional Government, the Agency for Development and Investment and resource supply organizations.
