The Government of the Omsk region presented diplomas to participants of the regional personnel project "Promotion of HEROES", which was launched in the Omsk region on behalf of our President Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin.

The program was based on the principle of full immersion: participants not only studied theory, but also personally participated in the activities of state and municipal authorities. We saw how management decisions were made and made suggestions. Future managers visited the leading enterprises of the region, got acquainted with the work of key institutions, and also attended cultural and sports events, which allowed them to better understand the potential of the Omsk region.

A striking example of the effectiveness of this work was the preparation of finalist Ivan Tsvetkov. He has completed one year of training as part of the program and is ready to present his vision of the economic future of the region for defense.

This meeting can be called the result of a great collaboration that lasted all year. Svetlana Bazhenova, General Director of the Omsk Region Development and Investment Agency, was Ivan's official confidant from his mentor, Deputy Prime Minister Andrei Shpilenko, throughout the entire period of Ivan's studies. She accompanied the finalist at every stage of the project preparation. On the eve of the defense, the Agency's specialists held a working consultation for Ivan. The Agency's team noted important points that will help make the project even more understandable and attractive to investors.
