A seminar for procurement participants will be held within the framework of the entrepreneurship forum "Your business is your success".
On May 18, within the framework of the VIII regional entrepreneurship forum "Your Business is your Success" in the regional Congress Hall, the Entrepreneurship Support Center, together with the Department of the Contract system in Procurement of the Omsk City Administration, the Prosecutor's Office of the Central Administrative District of Omsk and RTS-Tender LLC, will hold a free seminar for procurement participants "State and municipal procurement for small and medium-sized enterprises medium-sized businesses."
At the seminar, Pavel Kalyuzhny, head of the regional office for the Omsk Region of the Siberian branch of RTS-Tender LLC, will highlight the basic concepts and principles of the contract system, amendments to Federal Law No. 44-FZ dated 05.04.2013 "On the Contract system for the procurement of Goods, Works, and Services for state and Municipal Needs" and provide detailed information about e-commerce services. RTS-tender platforms that reduce the costs of procurement participants in providing collateral for bids and contract execution.
Also at the event, specialists from the Prosecutor's Office of the Central Administrative District of Omsk will inform about violations of legislation in the field of the contract system. Employees of the Department of the contract system in the field of procurement of the Omsk City Administration will talk about the mistakes made when submitting applications, the requirements for the content of applications, documents provided as part of the application and answer the questions of the seminar participants.
Heads of enterprises and companies, heads of commercial and financial services, heads and leading specialists of tender departments, procurement and supply departments, contract services are invited to participate in the seminar.
