Within the framework of the Entrepreneurship Forum "Your business - Your success" A seminar for procurement participants will be held
18 May in the framework of VIII Regional Entrepreneurship Forum "Your business - Your success" in the regional Congress Hall, the Entrepreneurship Support Center is jointly located with the Department of the Contract system in the field of procurement of the Omsk City Administration, the Prosecutor's Office of the Central Administrative District of Omsk and LLC «RTS-tender» They will hold a free seminar for the procurement participants «State and municipal procurement for small and medium-sized businesses».
At the seminar, the head of the regional office for the Omsk region of the Siberian branch of LLC «RTS-tender» Pavel Kalyuzhny he will highlight the basic concepts and principles of the contract system, changes in the Federal Law from 05.04.2013 № 44-Federal Law «About the contract system in the field of procurement of goods, works, and services for state and municipal needs» and he will provide detailed information about the services of the RTS-tender electronic platform, which will reduce the costs of procurement participants in providing collateral for applications and contract execution.
Also at the event, specialists from the Prosecutor's Office of the Central Administrative District of Omsk will inform about violations of legislation in the field of the contract system. Employees of the Omsk City Administration's Contract System Procurement Department will talk about mistakes made when submitting applications, requirements for the content of applications, documents provided as part of the application, and answer questions from the seminar participants.
Heads of enterprises and companies, heads of commercial and financial services, heads and leading specialists of tender departments, procurement and supply departments, contract services are invited to participate in the seminar.
