In the development of the largest Omsk enterprises in 2017 the year will be invested 45 billion rubles
Investments in the manufacturing sector and the growth of industrial production are expected to double in the Omsk region.
Industrial production is growing in the Omsk region due to the modernization of enterprises, the establishment of cooperative ties, the introduction of modern technologies, and the development of new products. The positive dynamics began in January and by the end of the year the growth in industrial production as a whole will be 1,6%, in manufacturing enterprises - 2,2%. Based on the results 2017 production volumes of PJSC are expected to increase during the year «Saturn» in 1,6 times to 2016 year, JSC «ONIIP» - in 1,7 raza, AO «High technology» - on 15%, OMO named after Baranov - on 10%, ao «CCBA» - on 7%, PJSC «Omsk rubber» - on 15%.
The enterprises of the Omsk petrochemical cluster produce new products in high demand. The volume of production of special communications equipment is growing in the newly formed cluster, where the Omsk Scientific Research Institute of Instrument Engineering has become the parent company of the integrated structure. The demand for Omsk products for the development of the northern and Arctic territories and the extraction of mineral resources is increasing.
In 2017 This year, more than will be invested in the development of the largest Omsk machine-building and petrochemical enterprises. 45 billion rubles, the volume of investments will increase by more than 2 times per level 2016 years.
The Ministry of Industry reported on the implementation of investment projects at enterprises of the petrochemical cluster: The construction of a catalyst production plant at the Omsk Oil Refinery and the modernization of phenol and isopropylbenzene production facilities at the plant are continuing. «Omsk rubber». Within the framework of JSC development programs «Gazpromneft-ONPZ» and AO «Group of Companies «The Titan» it is planned to build 15 new production facilities and facilities, modernize 12 objects. And significant funds are being invested for these purposes.
New areas of activity of the federal research and production center are developing «Progress» in the field of shipbuilding, aviation, rail and road transport, main oil and gas pipelines. The cooperation of Omsk enterprises with holding companies implementing projects in the Arctic zone of Russia is being strengthened. Innovative projects of small businesses, scientific laboratories and medium-sized businesses are being developed. Omsk residents actively participate in competitions for the commercialization of scientific and technical developments.
To date, the Industrial Development Fund has three Omsk applications for state support under consideration, and a positive conclusion has already been reached on one of them. The Foundation for Advanced Studies considers 2 Omsk projects.
