This week, under the leadership of Andrey Shpilenko, Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Omsk Region, a meeting of the Commission on Creating conditions for attracting federal budget funds from federal development institutions to the economy and social sphere of the Omsk region was held.
The Commission reviewed the organization of work to attract federal funds through the Ministry of Property Relations and the Ministry of Construction of the Omsk Region.
The formation of a complete and accurate Unified State Register by 2027 is one of the priority tasks for the regions in accordance with the instructions of the President of the Russian Federation on the implementation of the National Spatial Data System.
"The Ministry of Property Relations has carried out important work – for the first time since 2019, a large-scale list of cadastral blocks has been compiled, their compliance with the Rules for granting federal subsidies has been assessed, and an application has been sent to Rosreestr. This measure will attract more than 33 million rubles from the federal budget to the region," said Andrey Shpilenko.
The Ministry of Construction has worked out in detail the possibility of raising funds to provide housing for young families. Recall that the main criterion for ranking applications is the number of young families who have expressed a desire to receive subsidies in the planned year.
"Another opportunity to attract federal funds to the region is to participate in a program to stimulate the development of housing construction. He instructed to create a list of facilities that could be implemented under this program. I will keep these issues under personal control," Andrey Shpilenko summed up.
