The district administration and the participants of the strategic session are betting on the development of projects for the construction of a greenhouse complex, a specialized waste treatment complex and the construction of social and sports facilities.
On February 12, a strategic SWOT analysis session was held at the site of the Tavrichesky Municipal District. The head of the municipality, Igor Bannov, representatives of the Omsk Region Development and Investment Agency, rural settlements, and the business community identified strengths and weaknesses, as well as opportunities to improve the investment climate of the district.
Earlier, the municipality's team conducted surveys among residents, entrepreneurs, employees of the district's administrative blocks and rural settlements, and collected statistical information.
It should be noted that this event is one of a series of strategic sessions dedicated to work on new investment profiles of municipal districts. At the first strategy session, Deputy Chairman of the Omsk Region Government Andrey Shpilenko noted the importance of meeting the investment profiles of Omsk Region municipalities with the requirements of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia and the National Association of Investment and Development Agencies. The investment industry should take into account the current economic realities and the needs of investors, helping to create transparent conditions for their attraction.
The management team of the Tavrichesky municipal district of the Omsk region is ready for proactive actions: Together with colleagues from the regional Development and Investment Agency, form investment proposals, propose investment platforms for the implementation of projects, and implement issues of personnel and cluster policy in the region.
