Vitaly Khotsenko and First Deputy Prime Minister of Russia Denis Manturov discussed the implementation of projects in the industrial sector of the region

By the end of 2024, the industry of the Omsk region provided an increase in production of about 4%.

"We maintain the positive dynamics of production and continue to work on developing the human resources potential of the industry. Currently, more than 33,000 people work in the defense industry. We pay special attention to the employment of our military veterans," said Governor Vitaly Khotsenko.

The head of the Omsk Region noted the comprehensive support of the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Government in resolving the issues discussed at the bilateral working meeting in October 2024.

"This concerns the receipt of new school buses by the region. In addition, the construction of the first branch of the CITO in Siberia has just recently started, where CITO fighters from all over Siberia and the Urals regions will receive assistance. The center will be put into operation at the end of this year," said Vitaliy Khotsenko.

The Governor informed Denis Manturov about the progress of major investment projects.
