Vitaly Khotsenko: The investment committee supported the construction project of a multifunctional sauna and wellness complex in Omsk

The Omsk enterprise plans to build a 360-person wellness complex in the Kirovsky district of Omsk with a total area of more than 7 thousand square meters.m. The project was approved by the investment committee, which is headed by the Governor of the Omsk region, Vitaly Khotsenko. According to the investor, the project is designed not only for residents of the region, but also for business tourists and guests of the Omsk region. The volume of investments is estimated at more than 700 million rubles. As a result of the project, 280 jobs will be created. A phased commissioning of the facility is provided. The construction work is scheduled to be completed next year, the equipment and opening of the second floor in 2026, and the third floor in 2027. According to the project, the complex includes SPA services, a swimming pool, other cosmetic and cosmetology services, and a restaurant. The implementation of the project will increase revenues to the consolidated budget of the Omsk region.

The meeting also discussed the implementation of a large-scale investment project to create a logistics park. The first stage, the construction of the Solnechny logic complex, is being actively implemented. And today we were talking about the construction of the second stage, the Zvezdny logistics complex. The volume of investments in the project exceeds 7 billion rubles. As a result of the project, it is planned to create more than 2,000 jobs.

A distribution center with an area of 160,000 square meters will be built for the needs of Sberbank Logistics. The construction is scheduled to be completed in 2026," said Vitaly Khotsenko, Governor of the Omsk Region.

The head of the region, Vitaly Khotsenko, identified the Investment Committee as a single decision-making platform for supporting large-scale investment projects.

The Omsk Region Development and Investment Agency and the Ministry of Economy have been tasked with collecting a complete package of documents for each project, analyzing their effectiveness and preparing service proposals for businesses.
