The region will allocate funds to develop industrial parks and expand the capabilities of the My Business center to support small and medium-sized businesses.
Governor Vitaly Khotsenko announced that the Omsk Region will receive 726 million rubles from the federal budget for the development of industrial parks and business support infrastructure.
The main part of the financing — 700 million rubles — will be used to support two modern production and technological sites with ready-made engineering infrastructure. This will significantly reduce costs for residents, shorten the launch time for new projects and increase the investment attractiveness of the region.
Another 26 million rubles are provided for the implementation of the programs of the My Business center. The funds will be used for acceleration activities, training and promotion of small and medium-sized businesses, which will create additional opportunities for business growth and the creation of new jobs.
Vitaly Khotsenko thanked the Russian Ministry of Economic Development and the head of this department, Maxim Reshetnikov, for their support of the region.
The assistance of the federal center will allow the Omsk Region to strengthen its industrial potential, expand the ecosystem of business support and create conditions for sustainable economic development of the region.
