Vitaly Khotsenko supported the investment project for the construction of a new kindergarten in Omsk

As part of an initiative approved by the regional Investment committee under the leadership of Governor Vitaly Khotsenko, a three-storey preschool with an area of almost 7,000 square meters will appear in the city on Successful Street.

The building will be donated to city ownership by a specialized developer, KNZ-1, a group of companies that built residential areas on Moskovka and along Zavertyaev and Successful Streets.

The investor will also carry out landscaping of the surrounding area, including playgrounds and sports grounds.

The new kindergarten is designed for 310 places, will provide free education for children from 1.5 to 7 years old in basic general education programs and will reduce the waiting list in the nearest preschool institutions.

The construction of the facility is planned from next year with the commissioning of the building at the end of 2028. The total investment in the project is estimated at 1 billion rubles.

At the meeting of the Investment Committee, the importance of the project for the city of one million people was noted. Such investor initiatives are especially valuable for Omsk - the new kindergarten will create comfortable conditions for children's development and reduce the burden on existing educational institutions.
